This is beta software.  That means it might not work the way you, or we, expect it to.  There is a possibility that files created in MediaNotes may become damaged and unrecoverable.  We don't anticipate this but it is a possibility.  Blue Mango Learning Systems is not responsible for any lost data, time lost in retrieving lost data or any other sort of loss that might occurr by your participation in the private beta.
